How does the voice input work?

Tap the microphone, speak your task naturally (“remind me to call Mom tomorrow at 6pm”), then let go. Your audio is sent to OpenAI Whisper for transcription, then to Anthropic Claude to extract a structured task (title, date, time, recurrence). You see a confirmation card before the task is saved.

Where are my tasks stored?

On your device, in browser-style local storage (localStorage). They do not sync to any server. If you uninstall the App or reset its data, tasks are lost. Cloud sync is on the roadmap.

How do I cancel my subscription?

  1. Open iOS Settings.
  2. Tap your name at the top.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Select Lunelo Premium.
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep Premium until then.

How do I restore a purchase on a new device?

Open Lunelo → Settings → Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID that bought the subscription.

I bought Lifetime but Premium is not active.

Tap Settings → Restore purchases. If that does not work, email us with the date of purchase and your RevenueCat appUserID (visible in Settings → About).

Can I export my tasks?

Not yet via the UI. If you need a manual export, email us — we’ll walk you through pulling them from local storage.

Does Lunelo work offline?

Browsing, editing, and completing existing tasks — yes. Voice input and AI task parsing require an internet connection.

Why does AI sometimes get the time wrong?

Voice transcription and natural-language parsing are not 100% accurate. Always review the confirmation card before saving. If a time is wrong, tap the field to edit it directly.

I want my data deleted.

Local data: Settings → Reset all data, or uninstall. Cloud-side data (anonymous IDs in PostHog / RevenueCat): email privacy@lunelo.app with your RevenueCat appUserID.
