A calm AI day planner

Speak a task. Lunelo plans your day.

Tap the mic, say what's on your mind, and a structured task appears — with priority, deadline, and subtasks. No typing. No pressure. No endless backlog.

Built by Litau Labs. Calm, AI-first, no tracking.

Lunelo is for people whose to-do lists got loud

Creators

You think in bursts. Tap, talk, get back to the work that matters before the idea evaporates.

Freelancers

Calendar packed, head full. Lunelo turns 30 seconds of voice into the next three concrete moves.

ADHD-style brains

No subtask trees you'll never read. Today is one screen. Tomorrow is tomorrow's problem.

Remote workers

A quiet planner that doesn't fight your meeting tabs. Voice capture between calls; AI handles the structure.

Students

Lectures, deadlines, lab reports. Speak the messy version; Lunelo writes the dated version.

Founders

A makers' planner — opposite end of the spectrum from enterprise calendar tools. Yours, simple, calm.

What makes Lunelo different

  • vs. Notion — Notion is a personal OS. Lunelo plans a day.
  • vs. Todoist — Todoist shows you everything. Lunelo shows you today.
  • vs. ClickUp — ClickUp is a workspace. Lunelo is a single screen you talk to.
  • vs. Apple Reminders — Reminders is a string with a time. Lunelo is a structured task with priority, deadline, and subtasks.

Eight features. One screen. Zero noise.

Voice-first capture

Tap, talk, done. AI parses your sentence into a task in one second.

One day at a time

Today view by default. The backlog isn't screaming at you.

AI task parsing

‘Call mom tomorrow at 6’ becomes a task with date, time, and reminder.

Subtasks on demand

Say a big goal — Lunelo breaks it into the next steps.

Habit tracking

Quiet analytics. No streak shame. See patterns, not punishments.

Weekly AI insights

A short letter on Sunday. Focus zones, gentle suggestions, no lectures.

Calm by design

A liquid-glass interface, gentle motion, dark and light themes.

Local-first storage

Your tasks live on your device. Voice and text are sent to AI only for the one second of parsing.

How it works

  1. Tap the mic. Speak naturally in English or Russian.
  2. AI structures the task. Title, time, priority, subtasks — extracted in one second.
  3. Review your day. A single focused screen, never more.
  4. Tomorrow rolls forward. What you didn't finish moves quietly — no red badges.

Frequently asked

Is Lunelo free?

Yes. Voice and text capture, AI parsing in English and Russian, today and week views, local storage — all free. Premium adds analytics, weekly AI insights, and themes.

Do I need an account?

No. Lunelo works without sign-up. Your tasks live on your device in local storage and never leave it unless you choose a future cloud-sync option.

What happens to my voice recording?

When you tap the mic, audio goes to OpenAI Whisper for one-shot transcription, then the text goes to Anthropic Claude to extract a structured task. Neither provider retains the data for training. We keep nothing on our servers.

Does Lunelo work offline?

Browsing, editing, and completing tasks works offline. Voice capture and AI parsing need a connection.

Is Lunelo on Android or web?

iOS first. The same code runs as a PWA at app.lunelo.app — install it from any browser. Native Android is on the roadmap, no firm date.

How is Lunelo different from Todoist or Notion?

Lunelo only shows today. There is no backlog wall, no projects panel, no notion-style database. You speak; AI structures; your day appears.

Does Lunelo gamify productivity?

No streaks, no badges, no shame messages. The app never tells you that you missed a task. Unfinished items roll quietly to tomorrow.

Who builds Lunelo?

Litau Labs — a one-person studio. The app is named after the founder. Updates ship slowly and personally, not on a marketing calendar.
